Convenient location just a short walk from JR Hamamatsu. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good lighting for reading, and amenities like a fridge and kettle. The reception staff spoke functional English and were helpful. The hotel is part of a reliable chain.

Although the check-in process was initially confusing, the staff guided us through and made it easier. The automatic kiosk for payment was a unique experience.

The property was nice and we had a fine stay. The room was stylish and new-fashioned, had exceptionally comfortable beds. Truly enjoyed the configuration of the good bathroom and there were facilities to make tea and a kettle. The location was good and magnificent for exploring Hamamatsu. It was also adjacent to the train station, very center of Hamamatsu and the Japanese restaurant.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location is unbeatable - it's right near the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, providing enough space for all our luggage and even a work desk. this hotel offered great value for money with its convenient location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to local stores and the train station. there is a convenient store located nearby. the rooms are stylish and well-furnished with modern bathrooms that include Washlets. Guests can also enjoy an excellent breakfast and great service offered by polite and attentive staff.

There is a limited TV choice, with only a few Western satellite channels available.
