Convenient location just a short walk from JR Hamamatsu. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good lighting for reading, and amenities like a fridge and kettle. The reception staff spoke functional English and were helpful. The hotel is part of a reliable chain.
Although the check-in process was initially confusing, the staff guided us through and made it easier. The automatic kiosk for payment was a unique experience.

Truly enjoyed the configuration of the good bathroom and there were facilities to make tea and a kettle. The location was good and magnificent for exploring Hamamatsu. It was also adjacent to the train station, very center of Hamamatsu and the Japanese restaurant.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape a little more special.
The lack of English translations made it difficult to navigate through the check-in process. The breakfast was all Japanese-style and not to our taste.

The hotel provided bath salt and coffee drip for our stay, which was a nice touch. The location was very convenient, with the train station nearby and a convenience store and good restaurant within walking distance. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
The room we had was a bit small and didn't have a great view. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and there weren't many options for those who prefer a more Western-style breakfast.
-
David
Near the station, this hotel is pretty close but still quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing printed bus schedules for Fruit Park. Family Mart and great restaurants on site.
Hard to think of anything!
